With over 25 years of experience in Training, Coaching and adjunct techniques, I am primed and passionate about sharing transformational approaches to change and self improvement. Having been steeped in the corporate culture of Disney and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing arts, I am in continual pursuit of helping others create performance excellence. I am a natural facilitator blessed with diverse skill and deep connection to people, leveraging the intellectual and creative aspects of my personality toward helping others leverage inner resources and achieve their full potential.

I hold an MBA from Binghamton University and a BA in Physical Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I received her Clinical Hypnotherapist Diploma from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy (formerly Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy.) I am a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, trained by creator and founder, Dr. Richard Bandler, and John and Kathleen LaValle. A Certified Strategic Intervention Coach trained by Tony Robbins and Chloé Madanes, I also maintain a private practice out of Cary, North Carolina and serve clients nationally and internationally. I am also the former Chief Operating Officer for Anahat Education Inc, and Chief Education Officer and Lead Instructor at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa, FL.

My personal philosophy is “growth through helping others" and my own personal transformation through these techniques continues to be an integral part of the quality and character of the care I extend to others. I believe tending to the human spirit by partnering creativity with knowledge broadens one’s sense of ability and empowerment. Facilitating training, coaching and hypnosis is a natural expression of this purpose.
